In-Class Scheduled Training
In-class training typically involves face-to-face instruction in a physical classroom setting. It allows for direct interaction between the instructor and the learners, creating opportunities for real-time questions, discussions, and clarification of concepts. This type of training can be especially beneficial for hands-on activities, group work, and immediate feedback. In-class training also provides a structured environment that can help maintain focus and engagement.
